I think I did an ok job in cutting down the glare; but the edge of the glass created some funky lines.

Someting to keep in mind:
The zone control system begins with the exposure but extends through out
the process right up to the proposed viewing conditions.

Are you referring to the rather bright background in UHH? If so, pressing the space bar will give a black background which does improve the viewing environment of this high key image.

Mesmerizing, Erich! One could easily get lost in the light and curves. I love it. And yes, viewing on the black background is a must.

I really like this, all shapes and curves, even the funky lines in the glass I find as an enhancement. A wonderful abstract that hold one's attention.

This is a wonderful high key image, Erich, and I love the play of colors in the glass. Beautiful work of art and especially when viewed on the black background.

Old tigger pointed out some of the problems and why my lines got all weird. Still, I do like the image and it makes me want to learn more about shooting glass. All good. Thanks for taking a look and commenting. I'm glad you liked it as well.

Well, if it holds your attention, then it is a success. Thank you for the compliments. The funky lines are a bother but not really a deal breaker to me. I would like to learn how to avoid them, though. More reading required.

He explained it to me in a pm. Something to do with how light reacts with glass. That is why I suggested that I have some more reading to do. The great thing about this hobby is that there is always something to learn.
