Is there a way to get Googles Photo Icon at the start in Windows 10 ?

I have many ways and look into information about this topic but it look like Photo-Googles or Googles-Photo as it is called is "divorced" from Windows 10. May one of our posters have a clue about this problem? Thanks.

Right click on an open spot on your desktop
Click on "New" and then "Shortcut" in the drop-down menu.
In the box, copy and paste the following link: https://photos.google.com/
Click "Next".
Enter a title for the new icon (ex. Google Photos).
Click "Finish".
On your desktop, move the new icon to where you want it (drag-and-drop).
Click on "New" and then "Shortcut" in the drop-down menu.
