Let's be clear. There is no proof that any voting machine was hacked to alter vote totals.
There is SUBSTANTIAL evidence that Putin wanted Trump as President, and acted in other ways to influence the election.

Say what? TWO members of Trump's campaign have had to step down because of their links to Russian operatives, and .. what? Six? Seven? others have admitted it.
