Grandson Sam delivering pancakes at his Boy Scout's Troop 154 Pancake Breakfast yesterday morning. Next week he'll have his head shaved, for the 8th consecutive year at St. Baldricks fund drive for kids cancer research. He has raised almost $25,000 over a period of 8 years. So very proud of him!!

Well done Sam and keep up the good work and it's great photo of him Mark.
Hold him close. The years fly by all too quickly. Congratulations to him for his achievements in so few years.
Thank you. I do and certainly will continue.

We do a lot of talking about all the bad apples in the barrel; nice to talk about a good one for a change. Some one has put him on the right path; did you have anything to do with that? Like cmc65 said hold him close and he will never stray.
Thank you. He is supported by our entire family and he has two devoted & loving parents. He's a terrific kid. (Am I prejudiced? Of course!!)

Nice image Mark and a great looking grandson, and know that you are very proud of him as you should be!
Mark, you have reason to be proud. Your handsome grandson has remarkable social consciousness. Your pic put me in mind of my son Scott who was active in the Scouts some time ago. We lost him two weeks ago at age 49 to pancreatic cancer, and it is strange how random pics, songs, etc. bring back memories in a flash.
It's great to see young people doing all the right things.
