Of course YES. The cost of a Post production programme is much less than a Million ... Most people here took it to be the lady sitting on the edge of the cliff.

I've come pretty close.

Oh my gosh! I hope the guy on the left has more than one cheek on the portion of the rock that does not look like it could break off. Those ugly clouds above don't really look that safe either, but if a guy can sit on a cliff at that height, who would think of the lightning that hovers above. Makes me knees weak to look at the photo. Where was the person who took the pix? maren

OMG! The moment I saw it, a surge of Adrenalin shot through my body. Definitely a Flight reaction, not a fight one. I don't like heights like that. I'm like another poster here, I have skydived and no fear. Heights like this, my legs turn to jelly and my stomach does flip-flops. UGH. Cheers.

I would do that. When I was younger and in better shape I did a lot of climbing.

I have read several comments on this photo by people who are horrified or at least distressed by this photo, and who have yet themselves been skydiving and other similar activities, yet felt little or no anxiety while doing so. Here's my explanation: In skydiving and other similar things, there is nothing except air between the person and the distant ground, hence not a thing to tell him how far down it really is. Basically that's the case in the photo, since the rocks curve inward, and the girl can't see a thing between herself and the ground. Thus, there is no visual input to her brain (yes, she has one) to tell her the distance down. She knows it's a long way, and that she would not survive a fall off the rock. But she assumes that the rock is going nowhere, and as long as she stays on it, neither is she. The slope of the rock does bother me,for she could slide on gravel or dirt and lose her perch. Put something solid between here and the ground, and her present visual perception would shatter; her brain then would have the information it needs to see the exact truth.

Well I guess as long as she is comfortable doing this, she is pretty safe!

I blew it up 400% and there is nothing to indicate that it has been photoshopped, not even her shoes.
