...was quite productive! Here we have a male Hooded Merganser (DIF). There were two females, as well, raising their crest to be noticed. Pretty amazing morning, to say the least.

After researching, there is a locale fairly close to you that, recently, observed one. Here are the GPS coordinates: 42.9459155,-85.7170594 The location is called "Millennium Park--Trestle Trail ponds, Kent County, Michigan, US". Here is a link to a report and thank you for your words!!
