Sky, the point is that NONE of us will ever know the actual legalities in that ban, it's too complex.
BUT, THAT SAID, four judges have struck it down. Upon examination, the trump administration knows it will NEVER be legal so they have abandoned the EO and are gonna rewrite a completely new one. That's an admission of defeat, ANY law professor will tell you that. It was the result of neophytes crafting a poorly written order and they thought it would fly and nobody would look because trump is drunk with power.
Well guess what, four judges sobered him up in a hurry and reminded him he is a citizen just like you and I when it comes to the law! He then cried like a baby !!
So to challenge someone here about something you know absolutely nothing about is ludicrous. Is it not enough that 4 EXPERTS threw it back in trumks face?!?!?
