I did a shoot with a new model, a few years ago. Our conversation revealed that she was into doing burlesque and had a regular gig across the Bay in San Francisco. I got interested but never followed up. Now I have to go to the show.

Burlesque is a beautiful form of performance art...the ladies are super great...and they know how to work the lens! I have more images from that night...will post soon.

Love the images. You maintain the color of the traditional dark room well.
I do have one question.... from the perspective of each shot, you are clearly in a "front row" position. Are you able to do this through a pre-relationship with the club? I know if I try walking into any sort of club with my camera bag on my shoulder.... I would surely be turned away.... Please share your secrets! <grin>
