A Canon Rebel. God knows which one as there are (seemingly) dozens of them.
Mine was an Olympus C2000Z, two megapixels and $800. I still have it. I think it still works. I would have to hunt around for a card reader for Smart Media. This is one of my favorite images of all time.
I had a Pentax ZX5n with me at the time, but it had a telephoto lens on it and I knew I didn't have enough time to swap out lenses before the boat would not be where I wanted it.
Sony Mavica...I loved it! Then Nikon D90 because I had some Nikon lenses from a Nikon film camera.
Beautiful very relaxing great job
A kodak 3.2 MP, with 3X zoom (point and shoot). It took good pictures as long as I only printed them 4X6's! However, I was able to 're-learn' photography with that little camera.
A Canon PowerShot SD1200IS bought for a Disney World vacation. Used it for years, even after I dropped it while zoom out, and it had a small scratch mark on pictures.
My first digital was a Kodak Z-650 with a 10x zoom, these were taken with it. Not bad for a 6.1 mp P&S, but I soon wanted more control than it would give, plus the shutter lag became very irritating after a while
my next was/is a Nikon D90, my third will probably be a D750
Kodak DC210 Plus 1.0 MP Compact Digital Camera

Got to thinking about the cameras I've had over the years and thought I'd pose the question - what was the first digital camera you bought?
My first digital was the 1st Generation Canon Rebel, EOS 300D (or DS6041) I bought back in 2003. When it first came out it was touted as the first connsumer-grade digital camera that could be had for under $1000 ($999.00 with kit lens). It has a whopping 6.3 MP sensor and came with a very crappy 18-55mm lens. I think the shooting speed is measured is seconds-per-frame and not frames-per-second LOL. I still have this camera, and even occasionally shoot with it just for old time sake. For just stuff you want to paste to Facebook it's not too bad actually.

My first digital camera was a Hewlett Packard 715. It is 3.3 MP with optical and digital zoom features. Used compact flash cards and ate batteries like there was no tomorrow.
Nikon D100 at the time I was shooting film with the F100, and had Nikon lenses so it made sense for me to stick to that line up.

My first digital camera was a Canon Power Shot A510. I bought it from Sears about 8 or 10 yrs ago. If I recall, it was about $150 and 3.2mp.
Here's a couple samples:
