Is there a program other than the text function on Photoshop to do a personalized signature on photos?
They sure are annoying to see. Most photo processing software has a watermark/copyright function where you can do this but try and keep it out of the image as it is distracting visually is my view....
I place all of my signatures on the border of the image, just check almost anything I've posted here. Yes, there is a program to do that, but I wrote it myself. It's more of an action than a program.

Yes, Photoshop itself!
Sign on a blank piece of paper, scan, open, remove background and save as .png
you can now drag and drop it on your photos, reduce it in size if needed, place it wherever you want it.
This works as well .... what's $40 over a life of pics ...

Thanks. I may get one of these as well. Just sent an email to them to see @ being able to change the year in the ©.

There's a big difference between a "signature"....
And a "watermark"...
They are applied to digital images similarly.
Can be done with a text tool.... Or set up as a "stamp" that's been made in any program.... Or even an image file capture of an actual signature. The latter can be done with a stylus and a Wacom pad or similar.... Or just take a photo of a signature you've done on something else.
Depending upon what software is used, when it's added to an image the signature can be sized, as needed.... or often can be made more or less transparent... or might be stylized by adding a drop shadow or embossing.
If you want a transparent background, you'll need to save your signature or watermark file as a "PNG" or "GIF", instead of JPEG.
