This is a photo of my 4 year old grandson playing with a little girl that my daughter watches during the day, Addison. I made them some capes, found a few crowns and a bridal veil. They had a wonderful day of pretending; he was the king and she was the princess. The first picture just warms my heart. Total innocence. (BTW: I had no idea my grandson would love the crown and would want to wear it all day. After awhile the feathers came off so it would look more like a Kings crown.) Please tell me how cute these are. I need validation as I'm thinking of becoming a child photographer.
I love how they are holding hands.
They are looking for a dragon so he "can kill it with his sword".
Garet and Addison finally standing still long enough for a quick photo.

I'm kind of "indulgo" grandma, myself. The 5 and 3 year old grandsons had just discovered Indiana Jones. Grabbed my cowboy hats and I had to make whips from 3 brown pieces of yard braided together. I heard the theme song hummed by the little guy, ALL weekend.

I love how they pretend. You're a good grandma for helping them by giving them props. Good thing you made the whips from yard. Hope you took pictures.

Oh, they found a real one (I will not explain). Had to take it away from them and compromise.

Very cute, but watch the background. The tree coming our of Addison's head in photo #2 doesn't add to the photo. Love #3.
