I caught my daughter before a school function and tortured her with a camera. I haven't decided whether I like black and white or color better. I hope you enjoy

Second one for me to. These are really good and belong on your wall. The only thing I would've done different is have her sit up straight but that's nit picky.

These are all nice. That said, I prefer the black and white because it has more impact for me than do the soft, pastel ones.

Nicely done all. I think I like the B&W, but it's because I like her facial expression. It looks a bit more natural.

Very pretty girl and nice even lighting. A little constructive posing advice... chin down is better than chin up. We should see a hint of back shoulder... so a little more of a turn toward the camera will help. She looks like she's holding back a smile... either wait until she gets a full smile or have her exhale through her mouth, parting her lips just slightly to relax the tension. Just a few tips... but good pic in general.

Thank you for your kind comment. She was holding back a smile and reaching down to pet her dog. Her days of being a cooperative model are limited I'm afraid. I'm humbled but pleased you took a look. I looked at your site.

Thanks for the kind words. I confront this nearly every day... so it becomes second nature. Also, clients seek me out... I don't ask for volunteers so the the folks who sit in front of my lens are a little more willing to put themselves out there. With experience you'll learn how to make them relax. Keep it up!

Well done, sterrill ! All 3 are framable. The pink and gray are nice complements to her skin and hair coloring. But I'm all about the B&W, love her impish smile and twinkle in her eyes!
