I made this during halftime. American football is fascinating. Makes soccer look even duller than it actually is.
It looks very tasty and I'm not even remotely hungry. :?)
Smothered with mushrooms. Looks good. I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas from a local Pizzeria, and a 12 pack of beer. My friend and I are watching a potential upset. Atlanta is ahead, for now. Soccer (Futbol) is way more popular in Europe and Latin America. But give me American Football anytime. Enjoy your homemade pizza.
New England Patriots won an Overtime thriller.

Would not have thought that was going to be the outcome at halftime.
ATL pulled a NYG: Hold the lead throughout the entire game and lose
at the last moment.

There is nothing duller than soccer. Raise the goal by 2 feet and increase the width by 10 feet and maybe it would be an interesting sport.
A bunch of guys jumping in a pile, fascinating ? A real action game . Should take 1 hour but takes 4 or 5 . Now that is real action .

I guess soccer is a 90 minute game. Unfortunately nothing happens during those 90 minutes.

AUSTRALIAN FOOTBALL - now THAT is faster, higher scoring, and will watch the hell out of it over American football. More ways to score, 4 goalposts, no pads or helmets!!

Yeap. All 7 minutes of total action play. Watching the paint dry is more exciting.

My daughter, who is now twenty-something, played soccer 1998-2003 when she was in late elementary school; we then moved to a tiny town in Kansas with no soccer team around, but she volunteered to play JV goalie (*) when we moved to Massachusetts in 2006. As my understanding grew with her experience, I found that there can be some fascinating strategic and tactical aspects of the game. I always told my daughter "even though you aren't as fast as some of them, you're smarter", and she did apply a thinking approach to her play because soccer demands less rigid adherence to a playbook than American Football does.
(*) surprisingly, no one else wanted to do that, so it got her on the team.
