This Yongnuo 35mm f/2.0 lens is said to replace the Nikon DX 35mm 1.8g lens, just a bit cheaper. Looking for info on this lens. Will it work on my Nikon D3300 DSLR?
its hard to beat that little 35/1.8 DX for the nikon

In this case it is definately you get what you pay for. Their flashes are OK, but less so their lenses. Best of luck.
If the Nikon 35mm f1.8 is only a bit more expensive, I would go with the Nikon. I have one used with a D3200 and D7200. Sharp, fast with great color.
I am not sure why one would want to replace the Nikon 35mm/ f1.8 it is one of Nikon's best lenses and is quite cheap. I have some Yongnuo flashes and timer for long exposures and they are good products. I'll keep my Nikon lens.
It's a full frame lens so it's not as good as the Nikon 35mm f/1.8 DX lens. DX lens actually has to be sharper to give the same sharpness because the DX camera has higher pixel density for the same MP.
Thanks to all UHH, I am going to stick with the "Nikon" brand 35mm dx 1.8g lens,
