Hello.

New to the site but looking forward to talking to some people and picking up some tips on photography. Moved down south to Devon (UK) and thought I would try my hand at some photography starting nearly a year ago. Jumped straight in with my D5000 and everything set to manual so I could learn from my mistakes as I went along. I have been loading pics to my flickr account - www.flickr.com/photos/roanmanion as I have gone along taking advise and inspiration from others.
As it is close to a year at it I thought I would join a group of people that I feel confident in talking about tec and settings and learning some more.

hi everyone....spookypics here from north east uk-came upon this site and thought it would be good chat with like minded people about the wonderful pursuit of 'photography'...I hope to have some good discussions on this exc. topic....take care all....have attached an image of well known newcastle quayside which is always a good seller.....if you like it...great......if you dont....well you jolly well should lol.
