Getting even more picky, the red circle is on Keeler Needle; The Whitney summit is touching the right edge.
The photo is nontheless excellent.

Not quite! You have to check the "add attachment" box!

I don't have enough photography education to critique anyone's picture so I can say the picture is very nice. On the other hand at 70 years old, I would like to keep learning and constructive criticism is always welcome. I agree that some people are just negative no matter what. I would love to be able to take that same picture. Always keep an open mind.

If you are clicking the "store original" box and we still aren't getting the download option, it's because your photo isn't big enough. Make sure it's 800 px on the wide side. Usually 1000 - 1300 px (and at 72 - 120 ppi resolution) is a good size for folks to view, without it being too too tempting to steal
Very nice capture. Here is a picture for a little clarification:

To date I've been shy about posting any of my photos, but I'm very pleased with this picture of Mount Whitney that I took last week. Welcome comments as long as they are complimentary-- I can supply all of the needed criticism myself.
Beautiful. Keep up the good work. Next time you post, try saving the picture so it can be downloaded and we can see a larger picture. Welcome to UHH.

Having backpacked many years in the Sierras and climbing to the summit of Whitney 2 times I wondered immediately if the picture had been misidentified. I'm glad I read the comments prior to posting. It seems I was not alone. I mean no disrespect just observation..............
