We have traveled full time in a motorhome for 5.5 years now and still not ready to stop. We have been from Alaska to Florida, San Diego to Newfoundland and most places in between. As one example, we stayed in 79 different places during 2016 and we were in 15 different states. I was getting a little cocky about all we have done in that 5.5 years until I ran into this traveler this summer. Not a great photo, I was trying to be discreet while taking it, but look at the places these folks have been. I am humble again...very humble!!!!
Dang! And I'm happy to spend the summer in the Poconos and towing my fishing boat to lakes around the region.
Anyone can print anything they like on their trailer, but I'd like to know how he got his rig over to those countries. I assume he's not American because Americans have to be accompanied by a guide in Iran and they need to stay in hotels. Also, how did he get from Iran to India? Not through Afghanistan.

Just guessing from the list of countries and dates, he is probably from somewhere in the Romania/Bulgaria area. At least the first few years seem to have started in that area, although not explicitly mentioned.
He didn't need to go through Afghanistan because Pakistan connects Iran and India. Looks like in 1997, he shipped it from South Africa to Argentina. That probably wasn't cheap.
I am more surprised he survived going through many of those countries. Those are not the safest places to travel for any nationality.
We see these types of RV's on the road once in a while and most of them are from Germany. They look like armored trucks. Bulgaria & Romania also sound very likely. I don't think they are just making up stories on their wall though! There are some crazy adventurers out there that will go to some crazy places! Thanks for the comments.
