I had better luck than you Photogrl, I went to Ogden Utah for an Art Festival, and had some fun. One of the artists is a friend of mine, and we are working togeather on a painting. I took a lot of photos of Salt Lake downtown, and he is using them to do his painting of the city after an Earthquake. I will post it after he finishes. It is 7ft by 7ft and he will be displaying my photos along with the paiinting when done.
I will try to do some of my city streets of Salt Lake later today, I have to go out and do some shopping anyway.

Happy Sunday my friends!!!! Took my dog for a walk in the park and thought I would share this bouquet with you to brighten your day... Yes I know it is not a city street, but I had to take city streets to get there......

These photos have nothing to do with the challenge. After leaving downtown yesterday these are just some interesting things I found while driving around.
Great!! pg isn't it sad what people allow to happen to their surroundings... beautiful architecture and a trashy yard - their shame!!

Very colorful Sher and thanks for brightening my day... its now 11:15 am and the sun is just breaking thru the marine layer... supposed to be in the 90's today.. we'll see...
In the process of taking the around the neighborhood shots the other day, I did take some city streets, but they are not something I usually consider taking a picture of unless something is happening IN the street of interest.. so my city streets are very mundane and to pump it up a little I'll had a couple country roads.
This is the main thoroughfare a right turn from our house
This one is a left turn from our home
Downtown La Vern, my town 1 block
This is a 20 year old picture taken with my old kodak..A street named after my Grandfather Max Shake in Kearney Az.
Bourbon Street, New Orleans, La
Pano of US 15 southbound between Monida and Idaho Falls, Id
your dog would consider it his city street, i'm sure he marked it.
