I was sent the Canon Flash. I ordered for D610 Nikon and did not notice which camera it was for. I have been using the Flash for over a year and the results have been great. Can anyone tell me what or if I am missing any feature.

The flash is probably behaving like a manual only flash. Just firing when told to. you probably don't have the ability to change power remotely, and you probably don't have any TTL capabilities at all.

I agree that on-camera it loses (or should lose) all TTL capability. Most contacts on the camera hotshoe don't match those on the foot of the flash. Off camera, you can still use it in TTL mode as a Nikon optical remote flash.

Or, if you use a yn-622c under the flash off-camera, it should recognize radio commands from a yn-622n-tx controller mounted on-camera, that will fire and adjust the power &/or zoom.

As others have said I think its just firing when you hit the shutter button. You'll be able to change any settings on the flash its self but not from the camera. Meaning when you go to the flash settings in the camera it wont talk to the flash.

I see now. Thanks every one for your input, I just listed my flash for sale on Amazon and will purchase the Nikon model.

I can confirm that I recently got the 568 EX and it works in all modes on my Nikon D300 and D610.
