During the VN era days, and while in the Navy, friends and I would park near an USAF base in South Carolina to watch C5As come and go. Amazing aircraft and obviously, h-u-g-e. Bernie Sanders would love them!

I have to admit your Bernie Sanders comment went completely over my head. What, exactly, does a communist who never held an honest job in his entire life, pretending to be a socialist for the benefit of low informational voters have to do with USAF C-5's?

The Airbus 320 is not a big boy, it is a narrow body aircraft. you must be thinking of the A340/350 aircraft series.

The wing span on some of these big aircraft is longer than their first flight.
