Use that one, no need to make your vacation more complicated than that.

It kind of depends on what you plan to do and which island(s) you are visiting. If you are visiting Maui and want to whale watch (which can be fantastic at this time of year), take the 7D and your longest zoom, as the boats don't get that close to them. If you are going to the big island (Hawaii) and want to capture volcano action, I would take the wide angle and full frame. If you are into hiking and flowers and scenes on any of the islands, I would go for the mk iii and the 17-40. The long lens can be good too for close ups. I think as a general answer you might want the wide angle, the 70-200 and the mk iii, but that is heavy, but again, it depends on where you are going and what you want to photograph.

I went to Kauai last month with a Canon 5DMk3, 17-40 L, 24-105/f4 L, 70-200/f4 L. I ended up using the 24-105 ~90 % of the time including the helicopter tour and the luau. The 70-200 w/1.4 extender was used the rest of the time. There was no need for the wide angle or flash but I always had the GPS unit on.

You may need other lenses depending on where you're going. A long telephoto may be useful on the Big Island's volcano for example.

Enjoy!

When we visit Maui I take 1 camera the GoPro. I own 3 full frame cameras and quite a variety of lens. With the GoPro you can take stills wide, normal and close. Movies are great and it is waterproof with the right case. Don't forget an extension pole. Use the camera snorkeling, helicopter rides, luaus, beach time, flower close ups, selfies, and riding zip lines. It's the camera to take.

Sell the 70-200 2.8, and leave all this stuff at home. Buy a Sony RX10 III to take with you .....

If I owned each of the lenses you listed, I would sell the 70-200f/4 and take the rest with me.

A belated thank you for your response. Guess I should plan on buying not only additional lenses but camera bodies as well.
What the hell, the rent doesn't really have to be paid :>))

What islands are you visiting. They are VERY different. Personally, I love Kauai. The waterfalls and Waimea canyon are beautiful. Do a helicopter trip!

Are you planning on taking closeups of flowers, butterflies or insects? If so, tke your macro. Are you planning on taking pictures of birds? Then take your longer lens. ETC.
