Mine are on the P.C. somewhere. I couldn't organise two sheets of blank paper without getting them the wrong way around.

I keep the negs in an archival sheet, labeled with the appropriate info, and I print whichever ones I like. I put some up on my office cork board, some I give away, some I print as post cards and mail them to folks, and some I scan and put up on FB and flickr or forums like the hog!

I'm wondering what everyone does with all of their photographs. Do you print them and put in albums, use a digital photo frame, or are they all sitting on your computer? Do you have a flicker account? I have thousands of pictures and they are all literally on my computer and I'm the only one that sees them besides an occasional share on FB. I do family photo gifts, but other than that...nothing, though I'd like to.

Depends on the subject matter. Families love printed photo books which are very reasonable. Good non-family shots can be great gifts when they're matted and optionally framed.

All can be shared with the appropriate group via smartphone or tablet. Our family mostly uses shared photos on our iPhones.

I get albums from Apple every time our family or grandkids do something out of the ordinary (field trips, chorals, vacations, BD parties, etc). An Apple book costs around $30 for a hardback cover and it is first class quality paper. Also comes wrapped in clear plastic and a sleeve that the book is packed in. I have done this so many times now that it takes me less than 30 mins to custom design a book. There's nothing like having the prints published in a real book delivered to the kids at their homes.

In my film days I would place my slides in a tray and leave them there for three months until everyone has had a chance to see them. Then they are filed away in their original boxes.

In my digital life all images go to my hard drive. From there after an edit and purging they are burned to DVDs and then recorded in an archive I have so I can find them again. This started long before lightroom and Photoshop Elements so I had to have a way to keep track of the images after they were deleted from the computer. I continued that practice since.

As to sharing images, I do have a digital frame that I use to show the latest when I happen to have some company. However, my usual practice is to create PDF presentation files. These are like slideshows that Adobe Reader can open and display full screen. I have a modest international mailing list that I call the Weekend Results list and each week a new PDF gets sent out to that list. In this way a lot of people get to enjoy the pictures and they are able to save them in case they want to see them again.

I have printed the odd picture but I have a problem with that. I am sometimes impressed with a series of images and I am tempted to print those. However I find that even those I look at two or three weeks later aren't as classy and I thought. It seems that no matter what I do I can always see ways to improve the image and as a result it never gets printed. I suppose I should listen to my admirers in which case I might have many hung on the walls but I'm just too picky. Curiously though, when I browse a past PDF I have to admit that there are many pictures that would have looked great on my walls. Maybe one day I will print some again.

I have a 3 TByte hard drive in my computer, so I can put my whole collection of raw files (and old jpgs) in there. I have 3 external hard drives for backup, one on the computer, one elsewhere in the house, and one off-site. I used to save on DVDs, but they are too limited in storage space. I find the external hard drives much more convenient.

I used to depend on file names and lists, but once I started using Lightroom, I put all the old stuff into the master catalog. I create a new catalog every year, and at the beginning of the year I take last years catalog and merge it into the master catalog. Using a smaller catalog speeds up the weekly backup.

Update!! One thing I plan to do is print a picture 24x16 for my daughter to put on her dining room wall. You can see the original version in my post of May 24 titled Round Barn. She saw the photo on Thanksgiving Day and felt it would be ideal. So this is one thing you can do with some of your photos.

You charged her the required fees for an 16 X 24 print, didn't you? Lots of XOXOXOXOs?

Mine go three places: Computer first, then to Snapfish (for my own personal use), then (if they are client pictures) to Shutterfly were they can be sold on the Pro Gallery website.

Yes. A big hug from my younger of two daughters plus a hug from my granddaughter and great granddaughter all on the same day.

I download all pictures to computer where they are organized by date and then go through a series of filters after I download from my camera: Junk, non-junk-but-not-intersting, decreasing interest with time. Gradually, over time, more and more are eliminated so that only good ones of some special interest are maintained. These get shared among family and friends depending.

Still end up with a lot of pictures on the computer but, hey, electrons are cheap.
