This is my first attempt to try something on the side of the abstract. It is converted from a color photo after all PP had been done on the color print. Feel free to critique or comment just be honest........

I like the image...especially the way the lines move and flow from the corner. The image is sharp, showing detail in the texture and the highlights and shadows are not too extreme. Very nice...keep up the good work!

Very nice pic. My thought is that popping the contrast just a tad would improve it some.

I never really "get" abstract art. This, however, is pleasing to look at. Not sure I would like it as much in color. Nikon Jon is probably right about punching up the contrast just a smidge and seeing how that looks. You can always revert it back if you don't like it.

I like it but could do with a bit more contrast. This will however increase the bright bits which will need cloning out or burning in. Lovely flow of the lines and composition. Well done.
