A Question About Photoshop

A while ago there was a video on Youtube where the CEO of Adobe was introducing via a "sneak peek" a new feature they were working on that automatically focused blurry pictures. He hinted it might be in the newest release of CS6. Does anyone know if it is?

It has been out for a while. With this release Adobe has outdone itself. You can download a trial version for free! I downloaded it about two months ago and I'm still using it. Every time I open it I'm asked if I want to continue using the trial CS6. I say yes and continue on. I'm sure it will come to an end sometime but in the meantime I'm learning Photoshop. Years ago I started with Photoshop Elements 5 or 6. I'm now using PSE 10 and I love it. Right above 'quick reply' where I'm typing is an add CS6 free download. Hit the button and have fun'

I think a feature like would rely on magic to get the job done. I have heard nothing about de-blurrying images.

It's an amazing feature. Any focused, but blurry image is a result of camera movement. What this feature does is basically recreate the movement of the camera and go back to the initial instant before the camera moved and capture that image. Check it out here: ww.youtube.com/watch?v=xxjiQoTp864

I could not find any indication that a De-blur tool was included in CS6 Photoshop.
The only thing I found was a "sneak peek" video showing that they are working on one for the future.

I couldn't find the blur tool listed in the current version of photoshop 6. Did they not include it? Has anyone tried it?

I got my answer online. There is no unblur tool, it's just something that may or may not be included at some future point. Or maybe not.

I bet if Google set their minds to it, they could create a tool as good or better than Photoshop if they wanted to.

My Lumix FZ18 with IS set on 2 (maximum) does that for me already. LOL
