Looks like a very nice image, but so small that it is hard to get a feel for it. If you had checked the STORE ORIGINAL box when posting, we could see it full size.

If it was my shot I'd see what kind of difference PP haze removal might make.
But I like it. The foreground is clear, which makes the haze imply distance or vastness.

I always hesitate to comment like this. I don’t, as we say in Texas, mean to be “ugly.”
I would like to see a little (more) sky in the background. I also would agree some haze filtering would help the photo. Here is why I make those observations: In July, part of the North Rim was burning, creating huge smoke plumes that affected the views from and of the South Rim. Looking to the top of the frame, I can’t tell if there’s another fire, a re-ignited one, or if it’s just haze from the power plants near Page, Ariz., or the Four Corners that obscure the background.
I don’t know the etiquette of posting one of my photos to this thread to show what I saw, but if that isn’t tacky I’d be happy to if I could figure out how.

Just in case you're still unsure:
- Do not hijack topics by posting your pictures inside someone else's topic in a manner that would divert the discussion away from the original poster's pictures. I think it is very good, just wish the people weren't in it but it is probably one of those places where there are always people.

I think the people add a definite sense of scale. In my opinion, they make this shot. Time of day has alot to do with the haze.

Personally I like the haze. My only observation is that for those of us that really like nature the photo would be better without all the people. Not an easy task, to accomplish. I disagree with the thought that you should show more sky. I think unless there is a really nice sky Grand Canyon photos are better without sky.
