Yes, it's up and it all sounds reasonable. However, we are where we are 20 years later due to failures by all administrations and congresses to get a handle on this almost impossible to solve.
And what I do know is that Trump's wall (which would never be built anyway) is not the solution. Deporting 11 million immigrants (again, will never happen) is likewise not a solution. Let's have a reality check: neither party has a solution - and unless they start working TOGETHER (another thing unlikely to happen), the problem will never be solved.
