There is a crested domestic duck whose head looks like this, it is a white duck. This birds coloring show it is a wild/domestic cross breed. Mallards esp will breed with just about anything that looks like it could be a duck. In some areas there are more mallard crosses than pure ones, mostly in parks etc. The migrating wild ones are usually pure mallard.

There are many breeds of duck with a crested variety. Look on the Net for ducks for sale..
