LiamRowan, you are welcome and thanks for your comments. My knowledge about the names of wildlife is very poor. You could be right, actually I should say that you are right. Regarding the lens, I don't have 100-400 lens. I used Canon 400mm 5.6 and as you said I coupled it with 1.4 extender. Recently I used this lens a lot. From tiny subject like butterflies, dragonflies to big birds like blue heron, green heron and bald eagle.

Well, you've got me motivated to get out there with my 100-400 and extender, that's for sure!
Front or back - makes no difference. This is one Excellent shot!!
