From an outing this morning.
I walked two laps around a small retention pond and found this bug both times.
It only moved from the top to the bottom of the plant it was on.

Thanks! We do get a lot of rain here on the upper Texas coast but this morning everything was covered in dew.
It was 77F and 87% relative humidity when I got up at 6:30AM this morning.
