Really nice shot of an under-rated common bird. BJs are among the most beautiful but I guess we get so used to seeing them that we forget about their beauty. You captured that beauty!!

The close crop is unusual for a bird in flight shot but I think it works quite nicely in this case. Very sharp, well done!

The high ISO is because it was late afternoon in the shade and I was using Nikon 200-500 lens. I set the shutter speed so I can hand hold the camera letting the ISO take care of its self.
