Fantastic; we will miss Liz.
Would love to see the remainder of your Liz portfolio.

Lighting, pose and subject - all work.

As stated, beauty does not vanish with age.
Especially, if there is a magician behind the lens.

Thanks!

Liz has a body for any woman to be proud of no matter the age. Most women would love to have breasts like Liz's whether young or old. If our skin didnt begin to age (read wrinkle and stretch) so much we could all look young(er). Liz is a feast for the eyes, please do some more of her like this and post for those of us who enjoy her look and style. You capture her well, any improvements are secondary to what you've already managed to accomplish. Thanks

OK. Critics I think this is my last image on Liz, most after this are a totally nude and I live those on a private .
This photo I did took with Canon 5D MarkIII 70--200 L II lens. f/4.5 1/200sec.iso100. Single stroby on 1/8 power 2 feet from Liz. Aim to get sensual, mystic Rembrandt feel to the image. Silver reflector on it right to cover up some of the shadows.
What your's think about this kind of light photo style.

Hi Benttree,

I probably post more images of females (I use the term "females" because a lot of the girls I shoot are friends and friends of friends that were referrals and not models.) on this site than anyone else, if not I'm pretty dam close. I think it's great that Liz is still posing at her age and comfortable with her body. I would be honored to photograph her.
As far as your lighting goes, me personally I would add a little more light to her body but that's not important because what counts is how Liz likes the picture not us. On the average I get 3 to 5 request to shoot females a month and I always shoot for what they want. To me it's about them not us. If the female is happy with the image you accomplished your goal.

I think Liz is a total knockout. Gorgeous woman, but more importantly, she conveys a sense of mature self-awareness.

I do think that as we age, we tend to have more angles than curves. For this reason, the harsh, contrasty lighting is less flattering, especially to Liz's face and neck.It emphasizes the cheekbones and the hollow in her neck.

My own style tends toward total nudity unless I am shooting boudoir. My models understand that and have no qualms--as long as the images are not pornographic.

Nudity and Porn are nothing alike, a comparison quickly shows why. With porn, the emphasis is on the genitals and state of arousal, nudity has little or none of that and is to show the woman (or man) as a human being, not an object. Its sad that our country has such a bias against celebrating the human body and its' inherent beauty. (I think Liz is a knockout too, by the way).

Yep..I can dig this shot and all the others. My most favorite captures are of mature ladies of 60+. I used to have 4 gorgeous women in their 60's who would regularly pose for me but with the understanding the images would never be posted, they could have all data or prints they wanted and would get a never ending lunch and Marg's from a fine Tex-Mex eatery just over form me....Not a bad deal as I got to have the experience and could maintain a print portfolio of each of them. Sadly, they they have moved on with no net-working replacements..sigh!!!!

What I have now is workshops..not so totally bad, but they are youngsters..again not so bad as I have portfolio releases....I guess it's my turn to post another workshop image..will do soon.

Though I agree, there have been at least a few here that would certainly disagree with you on that. And knock on a huge piece of wood with a huge piece of wood, but hopefully they won't be back!!! LoL

Thanks SS, My thoughts are that this forum is extremely new and is a bit different from the other ones. Clearly we will need some time for things to sort themselves and these Ah... persons of a different persuasion will drift to other places to deploy their pitiful attempts at destroying someone elses' interests and beat on their tiny chests inside a soundproof chamber (optimistic on my part). In the meantime we just allow this forum to develop from its own momentum and with its own actors and divergent opinions. We are seeing in many areas of our lives the loudest most buffoon like persone getting more than their share of the attention. Like the carnival, these 'Barkers' will just move on because their B.S. gets very boring very fast. Sorry for the diatribe, but I dont like trolls. Please excuse me.

Well, benttree, I for one will miss Liz. She is an adorable lady, but it's the confidence, maturity, self awareness that makes her so intriguing. I hope that as time passes you will reconsider, and bring Liz back.

There is no reason to feel a need to be excused!
But it IS amazing just how much noise beating on those tiny chests can make when it's quiet in the room!!!

LoL, tell your Liz that if she does not currently have a Significant Other in her life, that you have at least a couple a dozen suitors lined up waiting for her!!

Liz 66 is not teenager that for sure, but I see her as a vital mature lady with very positive attitude fort to the life. The age has lot of do with her soul and heart !
Here is the older lady, maybe not material any longer for nude shoot for the fans.
BUT look the flowers and the lipstick WHY bother, She still is young in her mind ! I think her as a beatifull.

i'll bet that at least one man who knew her when, has pleasant memories.
