here's a few tree bases that i took a few days ago.

roots intertwined like the fingers of two lovers

Here are some tree pictures I took today. It's a graveyard of trees left to the residents of St. Bernard Parish by The Army Corp. Of Engineers.

Who would every have thought that acres of dead oak trees could be so beautiful.
I'm hoping to get this shot in the winter when the under brush has died off and the fog has come in one morning.
