I never understand why a woman would want her breasts to look unnaturally large for her body type/shape. I think a good plastic surgeon would suggest that their patient not "go big".

Several women I know who've had their breasts done go BIG because they know they'll have to go through some pain anyway and they only want to do it once... so they get the biggest cans their bodies can carry.
