Gleneric, the first photo was taken on/at lake Louise on the path along side the lake and the second was taken on the shore of Lake Beauvert at the Fairmont Jasper Lodge Lodge.

Thank you all for the compliments. The scenery was truly beautiful.
The 1st photo was take at lake Louise on the walking path along the lake. It was processed using a realistic setting HDR Efex Pro and then LR6.
The 2nd photo was taken on the shore of Lake Beauvert at the Fair not Jasper Park Lodge. I only used LR6 to edit this photo. The light was amazing and the reflections on the water were out of this world. I wish I had my tripod...but.

Even though we live very close to the Rockies we find ourselves not getting out there very often ... we tend to leave that for when we have out-of-town guests, and have not had any of those for quite a few years.

Really beautiful photos. I to like number 2 the most. I wish you had added the download feature to your photos as I would like to see these photos in more detail.
