I agree with your comments about the background. Sometimes a trashy alley way or broken down building create the right mood -- or contrast -- for the subject and the message, but not this time. I also found the "stepping out" a bit distracting; I had to look really closely to see that she is standing with one foot in front of the other and that she did not have a malformed left foot with three large tyrannosaurus toes. And if I crop at the belly button there is little left for me to appreciate; nice woman with nice natural breasts for sure, but the resulting image is then just too plain. A clean background and a bit of attention to the position/lighting on the feet and shoes would do it for me.
