Hi Mamas-Art: I believe I did but wouldn't swear to it. I know Calaveras county was made famous by Mark Twain because of it's leaping frog contest. Are they still holding those and if so when?

It's held the third weekend in May. We just finished up our 2012 county fair.

I'm not sure...It was this cool little red bushy plant growing here and there all over the top of Table Mountain. All I know about it is that it's red, and I love the color red =D

Thank you! I'm staring to think, that I want to organize a photography hike or an art walk with so many people who are close by. This is so awesome!
