Not one photo in this aequence is BACKLIT.

It's so nice of you to show up and express your opinion once again. How boring would life be if everybody agreed on everything. They may not appear to be what you would define as backlighting .. but in every shot except the last one I was looking directly into the sun so technically ... yes they are. You should know that photography is subjective .. and it's ok to take some creative license with it. It is too much for me to hope for that you would not be offended by my mere existence in this forum .. but maybe some day you will decide to join us and post some of your own photos ..rather than just tell me what I'm doing wrong. Until then you have a wonderful day .. and try to ease up on others ... it's just not that serious all the time.

p30 Especially like the last one with light coming through the cloud. No need to apologize. "Not so good"? Maybe not to your personal standard, but they are great examples well worth posting for us all to see.

I have a lot of that black lighting and don't know what to do about it.

p 30 Hi, Annie. Haven't read ahead to see if anyone answered you. Yes, your background is BLACK which nicely sets off #2. #1 is in shade (that's why background is black) and I'm not sure where the light source is. The challenge is to capture BACK light in which the light is coming from behind the subject towards the camera. Others during the challenge defined it better. Can you see the difference with light coming from behind the subject in some of the examples? What a difference the letter "L" makes in this case. Hope this helps. Keep on shooting with an eye on the direction of the light.

Why do you have to post your response over and over again. Do you reeally need reinforcement from your followers?
My remarks ARE NOT PERSONAL. Deal with it.
