I'm 86 and looking forward to my next camera. Not sure which one since I currently have a 60D and 6D. Probably will get a new lens first.

Think positive WessoJPEG! You have a least 10 more good years or more. A golf friend of mine is 92 and he plays 3 times a week and shoots below 90. 😀

80 you are still young, knock off the BS about not much time, lol. I'm 83 and purchased a Canon 100/400 mk2 and I'am looking forward to the mk3 in about ten years

Whether or not this is your last camera, just enjoy it and your life to the max. And don't forget to share your photos.
I am a little younger at only 50 but the most worrying thing is it still looks I am going to have to sneak things over the next 30 years, that part of it doesn't seem to change. As for the other negative stuff, as a newcomer to the site it seems there is always some smart arse who thinks he is far superior to everyone else, they always criticise never encourage, but despite the criticism and their superiority it does not always transfer to the images they produce. Thankfully this seems to be the same few people who because of the way they have lived their life have only ever known criticism as they have never achieved anything worthy of praise, and as such criticism is all they know
80 years old isn't that old. :-) I hope and pray that you have another 25 years or more to take more pictures and enjoy doing the things you like to do. May you have many more cameras in your future.

Picking up my last Camera this morning at 9 from a individual. Nikon D7200
Unless you know a good reason otherwise, the statistics give you a likely life expectancy of over 10 years. Very high odds that you'll outlive your D7200!
I'm 79 and still looking for my NEXT camera. Stay focused; you might live to 102!!
