Makes you wonder doesn't it? With this gag order in effect the public will never know what's really behind Comey's unimaginable decision to not recommend charges against Clinton.
It does inspire wonderment. However, I think Comey was exceptionally brilliant in, essentially, presenting the case to the public through his news conference, and subsequent hearing. He laid out all of the "illegal" aspects of what The Hildabeast did, much like it would have been in a courtroom.
He was probably confronted with the idea that the DOJ had no intent to push charges. So, let's at least air the dirty laundry out in a public forum. That alone was somewhat damaging. The only thing the Hillary drones can say is that she wasn't convicted. Comey produced enough smoke to indicate there was a fire.

True enough Bob but what is most disturbing is Comey's conclusion that there was no evidence of 'intent' in HDRC's actions therefore he decided that charges were not warranted. I think anyone with a basic understanding of the definition of 'intent' would have concluded otherwise.
Think "Horse heads in the beds".
If one reads the U.S. Code covering this, intent is not mentioned, possession is. Intent was injected either by DOJ or Comey. If it was Comey, it might have been to provide wiggle room in reaching the "no prosecution" determination. Regardless of anyone's understanding of the definition of intent, the mere fact that she had documents classified as Secret, in a non-secure location, would be a crime, per U.S. Code Sec. 2071.
No matter how one slices this, Billy meeting with Loretta stinks. For all we know they may never have discussed Hillary directly. However, Billy may have sold her a life insurance policy. I'm sure that would have taken 30 minutes or less. Then, within hours, Comey announces no prosecution, but sure laid out a great case for the public to decide.
I'm not even sure the FBI should have been the one stating no prosecution. I would have thought they just turn the investigative findings over the DOJ and DOJ announces their decision. Not being a criminal, I'm not really sure of the procedure.

Is the life insurance policy you are referring to the one that keeps Loretta Lynch and Director Comey off the clinton hit list?? I would have thought the findings would have been turned over to the DOJ as well. I think Lynch deferred to Comey because she was afraid her lawyers would find sufficient evidence to recommend an indictment. By deferring to Comey all she has to do now is is weather the criticism (most of which is going to Comey) of her inaction.

What are they hiding? Well, that depends on what your definition of is, is.
As corrupt as the Clinton's are, it's probably an attempt to save the investigators lives.
