Given some of the comments on my inaugural post, I thought I'd try something that is, perhaps, a but more mainstream

I like the overall image, but the hands are extremely expressive. For now, forget the nude aspect, and concentrate on the hands. Beautiful overall.

I agree. A 1x1 crop focused on her hands (just catching part of her left nipple) works nicely.

Hands are most difficult part of posing. Great shot, you could even crop to include hands only... that is the message of the photo. 
As is, I would only bring the right crop into the leg, just to the right of the light to dark transition line.

I think maybe a crop as others have said would make a great image as well.
