I hope you tell us what name you choose.
I simply like, "Old Law"
10-62 was my first thought. It's radio code number for out of service do to mechanical problem.
However it's a law enforcement think and many people wouldn't relate to it.
Hello everyone!
Please forgive me for not getting back to all of you individually.
Through Facebook, emails and this forum, the painting has been named : "Rust in Peace"
( the name has a dual meaning, as the vehicle was believed to have been used by a Fire Dept Chief or the Chief of Police......an officer of the peace!
Thank you to each of you for posting wonderful names!

Can you make out the name of the artist. I tried to enlarge the picture but cannot get it. May be able to find the name of the picture if I know what artist painted it.
Ron
I painted it from a photo I took.
Thank you for looking!

This is a painting I did from a photograph I shot. The car is believed to have once been used as a police or fire chief's vehicle. It is a 1939 Dodge D-11. I need a name for the painting for an exhibit. Thank you for your help!
For those of you who didn't see the winning name, it is "Rust in Peace". Thank you to all of you who submitted very clever names, along with email and Facebook friends!
Sonja
