Some B & W images from downtown adventure yesterday.

Here are some B & W images that I got with my little Pentax Q yesterday. I love how this little mirrorless camera can capture images in B & W!
It does pretty well in color too. But I use it almost exclusively to shoot in B & W. I have plenty of other cameras I shoot in color.
What I like about the images I get with the Q, is that I have to do very little PP with them. A little cropping, some sharpening and I'm done, I can do an image in about 15-30 seconds.
Most were taken in antique shops and some outside. I love that I can hand hold this camera to shoot inside with available light using the f1.9 prime lens at ISO 400. Hope you enjoy the images.

I did enjoy them and love them in B&W!!! Since I just shot in an antique store, I know you can get lost in all the hidden treasures within...
Beautiful set and a good eye with composition!!
I enjoyed them all!!
Fun series. I really like #1 - the details and shapes, with the nearly featureless (and white) background and table.

Thank you Angela! I appreciate your comments very much. I'm glad you enjoyed my little series. Yes it is very possible to lose track of time in antique shops looking at all the wonderful things from the past.

Thank you Linda! I always appreciate your visits and comments. # 1 is probably my favorite too, out of the 80 some images I got yesterday.

A very well done series. B/W was the appropriate choice for these subjects. Congrats.
Very nice. Antique stores are rich in photo ops. Good eye.

I especially like the ce-gar shop photo. Something about ce-gars I guess.
Very good series Soul Dr..
Great set. I really like the feel of the building in #5 which reminds me of a lot of buildings from my childhood (as do the radio tubes).
These are outstanding images, Will! I loved all of them!
