Tracy, The sky is looking a bit pupple on my monitor. Maybe add in some Aqua and/or yellow? and decrease the magenta and or red? Just a thought. It may look find on you monitor. Are you taking your copies and working off of them? If you aare in JPEG it will increase the noise each time. Taking away the sharpness.

I think you are right Rach, I think I need to go back to the original and start over. I'm in RAW. Just think they are over edited maybe?
Tracy also remember that when you put them here it will affect how they look..some sites are really good at rendering the pics like you have them..others not so much..I think it also depends on if you are resizing them you need to do it "for the web"..good luck..nice shot by the way

Always start from the original file and rename it. Besides you're learning here, stop fretting and have fun, just my two cents.

Thanks JDTX!
It's fun isn't it! No matter how many times you change it or anybody else changes it it becomes a new picture. I like the gradient fade you have done here.
Evan, it is fun, but a slow process for me...we are in the middle of a tropical depression here, so I just sat and played on the computer all day! <blush>

Hi I'm new around here, My husband and I are amateurs at photography and we stumbled across this site today. I can tell you a bit more about Xara.
Xara is a wonderful program to work with. It is a vector illustration program that has great photo editing capabilities. Xara is very easy to learn. And they have just released a new version Designer Pro X that has some new features such as a vector based eraser tool, a shapebuilder tool that lets you paint vector shapes and some new photo tools such as colour select/erase and hue shift. Xara also works with many Photoshop plugins too.
