I decided I am going to focus on milkyways, star trails and such this summer, so I decided to sell my awesome nikon 16-35 and get the Tamron 15-30 so I can have a 2.8 wide lens. I didn't get this one last year because I didn't want to invest in the very expensive filter system. Well, I just broke down and gave the lens and filters a test run last night. I am very, very happy with the grad nd filter and the lens.

Will they shut the Lighthouse off for you?

These shots are all beautiful. Seems like you made a great investment.

Money well spent on a talent that know how to use it I'd say.
Terrific images, but I love the last one especially.
