you can have the best of both worlds. shoot film, have it developed put on a cd only , use post processing then print out the ones you want
I have an old Minolta X700. I really enjoyed having it, and it served me well. Hard to part with old friends, but times change. I now use a Canon 30D, and it is becoming a dinosaur in a manner of speaking. However it also serves me well, and has a lot of life left in it.
my feeling exactly and as you said , it is hard to say good-bye. My wife has a canon power shot SX10IS with a fixed lens. she seems to like it very well. Thank you for your input. SS Miller
