Thanks. I lucked out with the weather. It was pouring rain when I arrived but suddenly stopped and I had bright but overcast skies that made for perfect well lit soft lighting.

Beautiful, simply beautiful images !! Who doesn't love color and Amsterdam surely shows how wonderful our world can look !! I was there a few years back and just the flower markets alone were overwhelming. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you all for your most kind comments. When I took up photography 3 1/2 years ago I thought that I never would take pictures that elicited such positive feedback and be as beautiful as these. Of course I had amazing subjects and ideal conditions. I am flattered and encouraged by the reaction from you fellow hogs. Thank you.

These gardens are incredibly beautiful and your captures are excellent. I love the composition in each of the landscape shots and the tulip close-up is very well done. The colors of the flowers and the graceful lines of the gardens are very pleasing.
