If you use the Mac program PREVIEW to view an image, you can see all the EXIF data by looking at the TOOLS/show inspector window.....access it from the top menu bar while viewing the image....
YOU can also view info from within Elements, by opening an image, then select FILE/file info from the menu - all the file info will be displayed
Are you looking for anything specific about the photos?
Thank you very much. I looked on Elements and found all the info about the photos. I like to know what the specs are for learning purposes. Thanks again you info was very helpful
You can also open Photo, double click on the image, then right click in the image, and click get info from the drop down list that appears.

In Mac "Photos", you can right click on the image and then select "Get Info", as a previous responder said. It will then open a box with all the info, including a map showing the location of the photo (if it has been geo-tagged). You can then scroll from picture to picture leaving the box open, and the information will change with each image.
In addition, you can add information to the box, such as title, caption, keyword, or location, which will then attach to the image. You can add information to many pictures at once, by highlighting those you wish to work on, leaving the box open, and editing or adding information as you wish.
Photos is a very powerful organizational program, and quite good for basic processing, even from RAW.
I'm using the latest operating system called El Capitan (10.11.5) and it has all that you want and more. Use the Help menus to explore.

If you are using the Photos program that comes with recent versions of software for the Mac, click on a photo and bring up the editing screen. In the upper right hand corner you will see a circle with a small letter i in it. Click on this and it will bring up a small panel with photo information about that picture. In the view with the photos thumbnail view along the side you can just move down each and the small panel will stay on the main photo view.
In Photos just select an image and press command-I and forget all that other un-neccesary rigamarole.
