Nice shot.
There was a guy who used to post Barn Pictures all the time. He got sick and said after some time he would not let the C stop him from taking pictures. He posted for a while. I have not seen him post in ages. His pictures were great. Any one know what happened to him. I can guess.
Thank you!
I believe you're referring to harclod. He has passed away, unfortunately. I believe that I read about his being found along the side of the road, out taking photos. If I'm wrong about that, my apologies. He was one of the best here at doing barn photos.

Jaymatt,
Very nice capture! I'd venture a guess that the barn far pre-dates the silo!
Thanks for the compliment and the comment.

Hi Jay,
Yes it was harclod. I liked his work and I admired the way he stood up to his cancer. My dad refused medication. I know what that was like. I kind of expected your information but the reality has taken me back. He was a good photographer and again, a strong person. How does the line go in the song:
.......
I'm not a coward,
Ive just never been tested
I'd like to think that if I was,
I would pass..............
Not much of a prayer this late in life. I think I will make an exception tonight before I close my eyes for the day to remember him.
Thanks!!!!
Beautiful image John. Well composed. The light is excellent.

Yes John I like that picture of the Barn. I see it is kept up well.
I love shooting old Barns and Houses,
Nice one, John! I've spent a lot of time going in and out of barns like that. Always loved the dusty, earthy smell, and you never knew what you were going to run into. Brings back a lot of memories.
Beautiful barn shot, John!
