Obama is certainly qualified. You don't like him, and that's your right. It's politics.

However, even you can't say Obama is not qualified.

Trump has nothing to offer. He doesn't understand the Constitution, or Law, or International Law.

He has no understanding of Economics.

He has no understanding of Diplomacy.

He certainly doesn't understand Politics.

I knon know people are unhappy. Older men with little education, evangelicals are very unhappy. I understand.

However their anger doesn't qualify Trump for a position entirely Foreign to him.

Donald Trump is more a danger to the Nation than George W. Bush was.
Obama is certainly qualified. You don't like him,... (show quote)

Gives his Wharton degree I assure you he understands economics better than any President we've had in awhile....Given his business success I would say it's a metaphysical certitude.

Economics, on the Presidential level, is a vastly different subject from paying off people for permits and services.

He's got muttin'!

But it's no problem, as he hasn't a chance of getting elected.

I'll offer you the same bet I've offered others here (no takers so far, only established attic wingnuts eligible).

If Clinton wins POTUS, you will not post in the attic for one year.

If Clinton loses POTUS, I will not post in the attic for one year.

Awhile back I was giving two years vs six mos. Odds good for one week.

I'm always amused these very confident Trump supporters won't risk their precious attic time. Do it for Ayn, Trump could very well win.

I couldn't care less if you are here or not. Totally insignificant to me.

How are you so sure of business success? He has not reliesed his income tax so we don't know. Here in NY city records show he received a $304 dollar credit from the star program for families making less then $500 thousand, granted a lot of money, but no wares near what he claims. That along with his bankruptcies shows you he is not the business man he claims to be.

If you don't understand the technical capabilities required for a degree from Wharton, than I would have to say you got nuttin'!

Wharton is the most technical business degree in the world (beyond U of C, Stanford, Harvard, and Michigan). If it was science, it would be equal to Cal-Poly and MIT.

I think you need to separate your derangement with the individual in this case.

Appreciate your civil response. However, I still say Trump has absolutely no qualifications to be President.

Well, probably because I understand tax returns better than most (and their extreme shortcomings in understanding the NAs business behind them), and I understand Real estate values, and I just understand corporate structures, LLCs, and how bankruptcy laws relate to them.

I would have NO respect for a business that did not use all assets available to it, and the bankruptcy laws are included in that statement. In fact, if I invested in a business that could use these laws to get a "restart" for all investors, and didn't, I would sue the living crap out of the decision makers.

It's okay to disagree........I know he has more than what Obama had going in. In fact, more than many presidents, Senators, etc. Trump is the only candidate who has ever employed anyone, who has any practical experience in international trade, and the only one who understands the impact of our tax laws and government regulation on companies and jobs.

Trump has made a fortune turning around failed companies. He's worked complicated deals all over the world, negotiating with governments, labor unions, and international financiers. These skills are not learned overnight and we don't have time for another life-long politician and attorney to get up to speed.

Not being very likable is a challenge, but given the crap state of our economy, and the almost not-understandable national debt, the fact that the U.S. actually DOES get fleeced on most treaties and agreements, it might just be time for an unlikeable person with the right experiences beyond being yet another dime-a-dozen lawyer or career politician.

Health care costs are out of control, our labor participation rate is at a 50 year low, we have no borders, jobs are leaving by the thousands, the debt service on our national debt is nearing a point we cannot pay it, and the average person hasn't had an increase in pay in 12 years. Hmmmmmm? If this is success to you, than keep on voting the way you have been.

Not me.

Funny, I read that last paragraph on another thread, apparently written by someone else, and I responded to it there.

I know this, I'm no chump for Trump. In know he has not released his income tax, while I respect education Trump has not shown us anything about his questionable business career like his income tax. He runs for president on his business knowledge so as a voter shouldn't he release those records. His own party is running away from him, you say I have a derangement? I want to know about the people l vote for and what they stand for, and Trump has shown nothing but proformance art, and nothing else.

I, for one, backed Rubio. I couldn't give a rat's ass about his tax returns because a tax return tells us very little. I expect he will eventually release them and they will tell you.......nada!

As for his business career, Just read the paper and mags........it's mostly there. His party is running away? You're assuming he's a republican! Good one!
