Please give Dixiegirl a round of applause, and be sure to ask how it was done! S-
Wow!! To say I'm stunned is an extreme understatement. I had no idea! Thank you so very much for the honor, and I'll be glad to share the technique (if one can call it that) to anyone interested.

I used a collapsible light shed lined with the black fabric that comes with the kit and a piece of plexiglass cut to fit the bottom for the reflection. I closed the front panel to allow no light other than diffused room light through the panel and small opening for my lens. I used a tripod, wide angle lens (24mm), and my settings were 30sec, f/22, ISO100. In post, I used one of the macro presets in Topaz Clarity and further darkened the background with the blacks slider. Slight sharpening done with Topaz Detail. Very easy. The hardest part is getting your subject to stay in one place and not roll around on the plexiglass. For anyone interested in the light shed, this is the one I bought and love it for still life setups. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1032649-REG/impact_dls_j_digital_light_shed_48x48x48.html
